The exhibition is open this weekend, September 3-4. Visitors will see an amazing collection of steam vehicles. There are both models and real trains as well as sections of railway tracks.
At Font-de-Gras station, there is plenty to do: a workshop for children, model train making, a tour of the station, and the brand new stamp dedicated to the “Train of 1900”.
By the way, you can take a ride on the Train of 1900. It departs from the platform behind the CFL station. The schedule for it looks like this:
You don’t need to buy a train ticket. The trip, like all other events, is included in the cost of visiting the exhibition. That costs 18 euros for adults and children 12+ years old. For children under 11 y.o., visiting the exhibition will cost 10 euros.
