Luxembourg needs bus drivers

There are not enough qualified workers in the profession. For anyone who wants to become a professional bus driver, there is a training center in Sanem. Since 2019, more than 850 novice drivers have been trained there. Many of them receive job offers even before graduation.

Why aren’t there enough bus drivers in Luxembourg? All major players in the transport market are expanding their driver reserve. Especially after the restoration of the RGTR network. So there are a lot more vacant jobs than workers.

To start training in Sanem, it is enough to have a driver’s license. The training takes 20 days and covers various aspects of the profession.
