List of the largest employers in Luxembourg has been published
The national agency Statec has published a summary of last year's labour market results in Luxembourg. As always, a list of the country's largest employers accompanies such a study. This time there are two Luxembourg companies and one international company in the top three positions.
The national railway company — CFL — is at the top of the list. The company had 4,790 employees on January 1, 2023. The second place was taken by Amazon. The company employed 4570 people. In the third place with a small gap — POST — with 4500 employees.
Amazon showed the most significant growth. Last year, the company's presence on the market was only 6.6 percent, while POST had 7.5 percent. The Postal Service itself had already lost the lead to CFL a little earlier. However, it remained just behind the new leader. Now the American giant has put itself between them.

The difference between Amazon and POST is certainly not significant, only 70 people, but it is worth waiting for updated statistics next year. Perhaps the American company will be able to increase its staff.
