On 29 January 2025, the OGBL union and Quiral Luxembourg management signed a new collective agreement covering 27 employees of the Springfield and Women Secret brands. The agreement will run from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2026 and aims to improve working conditions.

Key improvements include the introduction of €7 meal vouchers per working day and a paid 10-minute break. For employees over 45 years of age, there is an additional day of holiday, as well as a system of accumulating working hours and gradual retirement.

In addition, there are additional payments for substitute managers - if a manager is absent for more than three weeks, the employee temporarily acting as manager will receive 150 euros per month. If it is necessary to work in another shop, the company compensates 0.30 euros per kilometre.

Important innovations include the right to disconnect (the right not to reply to work messages outside of working hours) and the introduction of a procedure against mobbing and harassment.

According to the OGBL and the Quiral Luxembourg trade union delegation, the negotiations took place in a constructive atmosphere and the new contract will significantly improve the working conditions of employees.
