A Luxembourger got rich in 1 minute

The New Year started with a real miracle for a Luxembourg resident: between Christmas and New Year's Eve, he (or she) became the owner of a record win in the history of the Zubito Loto lottery - 643,499 euros. The lucky ticket was bought and registered on time and the prize has already been received, as officially confirmed by Loterie nationale.

This win will forever remain in the history of the lottery, which has existed since 2002. Until now, the biggest jackpot was the result of October 2021 - then the winner received 500,498 euros. The new record surpassed it by more than 140,000.
