On 26 and 27 October 2024, Rotondes will be hosting a Game On festival. At this free event, visitors of all ages will be able to try out board and video games, take part in tournaments and workshops. Guests will be able to play chess, paint miniatures, and take part in role-playing games and giant mosaic creation. There will be a special focus on historical video games and the creation of board games with an alternative history of Luxembourg. On Saturday evening, there will be a pub quiz and tournaments on Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic and Pokémon.
Haunted Clervaux Castle

On 25 and 26 October, Clairvaux will host the second "Night at the Haunted Castle", a theatre show featuring musicians and dancers in a mystical atmosphere. Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the dark legends of the forest and meet mysterious characters. There will also be a night market in front of the castle where you can sample local and international dishes, including Taiwanese and Syrian delicacies, and buy handicrafts.
Nuclear Energy Awareness Day

On 26 October 2024, Luxembourg will host an information day on nuclear energy. Benjamin Ptak will present the advantages of this energy source in order to change the perception of society. The event will start with an information stand at Place Guillaume II at 10:00, continue with a lecture at Kinepolis Kirchberg at 19:00 and end with a discussion at El Barrio at 21:00. Ptak is also in favour of the construction of a nuclear power plant in Luxembourg and has launched the Lëtz Atom movement to promote this idea.
Bike Days in Schluechthaus

The City of Luxembourg, together with the SaF Zéisseng cycling club and athlete Vicky Gomez, is organising the event "Bike Days on the Schluchthaus", which will take place on 26 and 27 October 2024 at the former Luxembourg-Hollerich massacre site. On Saturday 26 October, multiple BMX world champion Vicky Gomez will lead a masterclass for children aged 6 to 12, teaching BMX basics and tricks. On Sunday, 27 October, the SaF Zéisseng Club will offer participants the opportunity to improve their bike riding skills on various obstacles under the guidance of instructors.
