The weekend will be full of events in the Grand Duchy: the end of Carnival, an unusual fair, workshops for children, and much more.
Buergbrennen

The first weekend after Carnival traditionally marks the end of winter in Luxembourg, with the main celebrations usually taking place on Sunday. On this day, people gather all over the country, in different towns and villages, for fairs and tastings. The highlight of the festival is a bonfire lit around a special wooden structure (buergen). This symbolizes the beginning of spring.
Foire aux disques

This Sunday, the Mets des Disques and Rotondes will host an unusual record fair. More than 50 shops from France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands will participate and present their most important jewels to the public: records, CDs and rare recordings, some of them so rare that you won't find them anywhere else. Don't miss your chance!
Reading workshop

Every Saturday, the Cité Bibliothèque organizes special workshops for children from 4 to 8 years old. Children practice reading in Luxembourgish and then take part in a craft or drawing workshop. Participation is free of charge, but do not forget to register now: places are limited.
Foreign Affairs concert

The popular band's concert will take place this Friday, February 16. After the smashing success of their debut LP in 2018, the English duo Foreign Affairs managed to tour all over Europe, release several more records and even hit the prestigious BBC Radio 2 charts. If you want to spend this Friday night with drive, hurry to the Vantage Bar!
Anime Focal Studio Project

The Anime Focal Studio Project Festival will be held for the third time in the Grand Duchy. This year's event will feature more than 200 stands dedicated to anime, manga and Japanese culture. Here you will be able to get to know the art of the Land of the Rising Sun, discover all the secrets of this rich culture and buy unusual souvenirs.
