Equality and inclusion are Luxembourg's priorities

On 9 December 2024, at an official ceremony, the Minister for Equality and Diversity, Yuriko Backes, awarded the Actions Positives mark to six companies that have demonstrated outstanding efforts in promoting equality and inclusion in their workplaces.
Noted companies include:
- Cargolux Airlines International SA
- COCOTTES
- Clearstream
- KPMG Luxembourg
- Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST)
Raiffeisen Bank received special recognition for the third time since 2015.
Launched in 1999, the initiative helps companies voluntarily implement plans to improve equality and diversity. A ministry-funded external evaluation helps identify areas for improvement and determine effective measures. To date, some 120 companies in Luxembourg have successfully completed the programme, contributing to a fairer and more inclusive working environment.
