The Luxembourg Ministry of Culture has announced a new initiative to support local artists and creative industries. The state will now cover part of the costs associated with preparing applications for the Europe créative programme, the European Union's largest grant programme for the development of culture, creative industries and the audiovisual sector.

This support will help cultural organisations to expand international links, strengthen existing partnerships and develop long-term creative projects. The authorities aim not only to encourage participation in European initiatives, but also to develop the skills and competitiveness of Luxembourg's cultural professionals.

The Creative Europe programme funds projects that aim to promote cultural diversity, innovation and audience expansion. The European Commission regularly publishes competitions focusing on different creative fields, from theatre and film to digital art and festival projects.

The Luxembourg Ministry of Culture encourages all those interested to familiarise themselves with the details on the official website, where up-to-date information on the competitions and application conditions can be found.
