ADEM will publish labor market statistics
The National Employment Agency has decided to move away from the usual PDF format in favor of more visual and interactive infographics. Now the information about the labor market in the country will be published directly on the ADEM website.
Tables and graphs will be categorized from job seekers to key market indicators. This will make the information more transparent and easier to access: for job seekers to evaluate the competition, and for businesses, on the other hand, it will be easier to understand whether the employees they are looking for are in high demand and point out the conditions that could attract a potential candidate.
The Minister of Labor Georges Engel has welcomed the initiative, emphasizing the importance of transparency in the labor market as one of the key elements of the system.
