Moovijob.com has identified Luxembourg's most attractive employers

The recruitment platform Moovijob.com has published a ranking of Luxembourg companies that attracted the most attention from candidates in 2025. The study reflects actual views of employer profiles on the country's largest job search portal, making it an objective indicator of brand appeal.

Luxair once again took first place in the overall ranking, confirming the sustained interest of job seekers in the aviation sector and state or semi-state structures. Auchan Retail Luxembourg came in second, while CFL retained third place, traditionally associated with job stability and social guarantees.

The top five also included the Luxembourg Red Cross (Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise) and Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), highlighting candidates' strong interest in both the social sector and banking. The top 10 also includes Post Luxembourg, the University of Luxembourg (Université du Luxembourg), Servior, Lunchtime and Cargolux Airlines International, reflecting the diversity of applicants' interests, from education and logistics to services and elderly care.

The second half of the ranking includes employers such as lux-Airport, G4S Security Solutions, Sodexo Luxembourg, Fischer-Panelux, BNP Paribas, Losch Luxembourg, Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg, Luxcargo Handling, Arcus asbl and Deloitte Luxembourg. The presence of international groups, service companies, industrial companies and consulting firms is noticeable here, indicating the competitive and multi-sector nature of the labour market.

According to representatives of Moovijob.com, such ratings consistently attract interest because they allow us to see which companies and sectors generate the most demand and attention from candidates. In addition to the overall top 20, the platform has also prepared separate rankings by sector, which provide a more detailed picture of the structure of the labour market in Luxembourg in 2025.
