Auchan recalls paella and deep-frozen shrimp from shelves

The company recalled both products due to suspicions of them containing vibrio vulnificus bacteria. Paella and shrimp were sold at Auchan at the Cloche d’Or shopping center on August 16-17.

This bacteria threatens most people with minor digestive problems at worst. But people with individual intolerance can face serious complications.

Perhaps paella and shrimp were also sold outside of Auchan. If you have eaten them, we recommend that you consult a doctor.
