Cross-border tourism is the future

The Schengen zone allows you to move freely between countries, make purchases and opens up new opportunities for any holder of a schengen visa or a EU passport. Luxembourg is already familiar with the cross-border work opportunities it provides. The time has come for cross-border tourism.

The Moselle Valley has long been considered one of the most beautiful parts of the Grand Duchy. The development of tourism in this region is a logical and natural step in its evolution.

However, this requires the joint efforts of several states. In particular, in the optimization and development of maps that will show tourist routes in neighboring states.

The first initiatives are already taking shape. The Vélo sans frontières collection which includes 13 Moselle tourist routes has been republished. It remains to be seen if this development will be supported at a higher level.
