For 5 years, the funicular transported 7.5 million passengers

The funicular, which moves along the route Pfaffenthal — Kirchberg Plateau celebrates 5 years of operation today, on December 10. And yesterday, CFL employees reported that the 7 500 000th passenger was registered.

On a weekday, about 7000 people travel to the Kirchberg district by funicular. In November 2022 alone, 161 414 people used it.
