Schieren's center will be turned into a modern city block

The old fire station will be transformed into a modern city block, while preserving the historical heritage of the region. The building was empty for many years and was used for various events. Now it will become part of a well-maintained residential complex.

It's planned to build two semi-detached houses for 11 separate apartments and a shop on the territory. It seems to be a simple plan, but the big difference in the types of buildings slows down the project.

It is necessary to take into account the architectural and historical features, to emphasize them in the new buildings' image and, most importantly, to reach an agreement with the authorities.
