Small and new businesses should hurry to comply with new requirements

Starting from March 18, 2023, small and newly created companies will have to submit the invoices for state contracts in electronic form. Large and medium-sized businesses have already switched to this practice on May 18 and October 18 of last year, accordingly.

Companies have a little more than two weeks to implement the regulation. To do so, one should connect to Peppol's common network. Alternatively, businesses can go to the state portal MyGuichet.lu, and fill out the forms manually.

More than 130,000 documents have already been processed, since the moment large and medium-sized businesses connected to the digital account system.
