From 29 November to 1 December 2024, the 19th Fête des Vins et Crémants de Luxembourg will take place in a marquee in the Glacis car park. At the event, 45 winemakers from the Luxembourg-Moselle region will present their best wines and crémants. Guests will be able to taste the drinks and chat with the producers. The festival will be open daily from 15:00 to 20:00.
Red Cross Bazaar

On 30 November and 1 December 2024, from 10:00 to 18:00, the traditional Red Cross Fair will be held at the Glacis car park. Visitors will find stands with designer and antique goods, stylish clothes, accessories and handicrafts, as well as a cosy Food Village zone with dishes to suit all tastes. Games, contests and workshops, including first aid training, are organised for children. The main event will be the Christmas campaign: visitors will be able to donate toys for children in need by decorating the Christmas tree with symbolic balls. All proceeds will go to support children in Luxembourg and beyond.
Ballet "The Snow Queen"

On 30 November and 1 December 2024, the Vic. Abens Hall in Vianden Castle will host the ballet "The Snow Queen" directed by Volha Kastel. World stars Anton Kravchenko and Alexis Tutunnique, as well as students from IDEA Dance Niederanven and the UGA Music School will perform on stage. The ballet based on Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale will tell the story of Gerda and Kai's love and friendship overcoming all obstacles, including the charms of the Snow Queen. The performances will begin at 19:00 (Saturday) and 17:00 (Sunday).

In 2024, the Luxembourg bagpipe band Spirit of the Highlands Pipes and Drums from Grevenmacher will celebrate its 15th anniversary with a series of events. The celebrations began as early as 24 February with a concert with German folk-rock band Lagana in the gymnasium of the Maacher Lyceum. Other events include a performance on St Patrick's Day (15 March), concerts in July and October, and the anniversary year will end with a gala concert on 30 November in Grevenmacher.
