This week sees the Cyber Sports Finals, the opening of an agricultural fair and one of the venues for the Summer in the City festival.

From Friday to Sunday, Ettelbruck hosts its traditional Agricultural Fair (Foire Agricole d'Ettelbruck - FAE). It is an important event for professionals in the agricultural, forestry and agri-biotech sectors, as well as for trade and research. The focus is on Luxembourgish products and raising consumer awareness of regional products. On the programme: demonstrations of the processing of agricultural products, interaction with domestic animals and the participation of more than 300 exhibitors.

Four to six teams will take part in the event. The event, which includes a public bar and barbecue, is free and open to all. Four international teams with players from Luxembourg, USA, Germany, France, Argentina, Belgium and the Netherlands will compete for the AMCHAM Luxembourg Cup, which will be awarded by AMCHAM Chairman Paul Schonenberg.

The best players from Luxembourg and the Greater Region will compete in three games: League of Legends, Valorant and Rocket League. The participants include Royal Family Esports, Vace Esports, Snooze Esports (League of Legends); Siko Esports, BLX x BCG, Royal Family (Valorant); Royal Family, Sentient Esports, Snooze Esports, Team Serene (Rocket League). The final also aims to raise funds for Télévie (cancer research). Attendees will be able to donate via a QR code and link in the hall and on the streamer. As well as watching the matches, the public will have access to various activities organised by the Luxembourgish Gaming Associations: driving simulators, free video games, competitions, shows and surprises.
Concert in Kinnekswiss

As part of the Summer in the City programme, the Luxembourg City Park will once again be transformed into an open-air concert venue this weekend. From 5 to 7 June 2024, the concert series "Kinnekswiss loves..." will take place. Orchestras, local artists and international stars will take to the stage. The headliner will be Irish superstar Ronan Keating, who will perform with the Aachen Symphony Orchestra on Friday. On Sunday, Irish singer and songwriter Rosheen Murphy will take to the stage.
