This week we've got some unusual traditions, a workshop and a marathon. Yes, spring is coming to Luxembourg, so POST is organizing a 10km charity run, but that's not all! There are many other interesting things in the selection.
Repair Café
Repair Café is a unique, short-lived, but always popular event. As the name implies, this "café" offers people free repair services. That means you can bring in a broken device and leave with a working one. Unless, of course, the breakdown is too serious.
Bretzelsonndeg
Bretzelsonndeg, or Bretzel Sunday, is traditionally celebrated on the fourth Sunday of Lent. On this day, men give their sweethearts pretzels. If the feeling is mutual, then on Easter women give colored eggs in return, if not — an empty basket. It is worth noting that in 2024 the roles are reversed: women give a pretzel and men give an egg, because it is a leap year.
POSTLAF 2024
The first big marathon organized by POST Luxembourg this year. The program includes a 10 km run to raise awareness for charity. Proceeds from ticket sales will also be donated.
Architectures Modulables
This is a workshop for children between the ages of 6 and 9 that allows them to take on the role of an architect. This unusual workshop will introduce children to the basics of spatial thinking and the main tasks that architects solve in the course of their work.
