Trick or treat? What to do on Halloween: Luxembourg's best parties and events

October is the month of Halloween, one of the most important fall holidays. It is one of the most celebrated holidays for both adults and children. In many countries around the world, people dress up in scary costumes and go to parties. Children, on the other hand, go from house to house demanding candy from the owners or little vampires or witches promising mischief.

Adult Halloween lovers usually go to themed parties with a spooky atmosphere. In the Grand Duchy, in addition to discos and nocturnal events, you can visit special film screenings or haunted houses located in your favorite landmarks. We have collected for you the most interesting events in Luxembourg these days.

Neumünster Halloween

The Neumünster Abbey is one of the first to start colorful activities for Halloween. On Sunday, October 29th, one of the landmarks of Luxembourg will be transformed into a real haunted castle. Here you will be able to meet different artists and creators of horror. Walking through the castle, you will enjoy the atmosphere of the horror and get in touch with something supernatural. And some of the creators will even share their secrets in the master classes: you can learn how to create special cinematic horror effects for the show.

Another party will take place in the club with an unusual atmosphere Boonchu. A special festive menu with food and cocktails will be offered to the guests, as well as a costume contest and a photo booth.
