Wäinhaus project in Henin will become a point of attraction for wine tourism

The Wäinhaus project will bring such architectural monuments as Wellenstein, Schëntgen and Kelterhaus together within an ensemble. 16th and 18th century buildings on the site will be renovated.

The concept for this new project wasn’t chosen by chance. Wine has united the entire Moselle region since ancient times. There’s a wine museum in Henin already. «Wäinhaus» will become the flagship of wine tourism. It will allow visitors to get better acquainted with the winemaking culture.

The new museum complex will occupy a 1300 sq.m. area. Reconstruction and expansion will cost around 9.5 million euros in total.
