Luxembourg's most attractive employers: Luxair is back on top again

Job site Moovijob has published a ranking of the most popular companies in 2024, based on an analysis of employer page traffic. In recent years, candidates are increasingly choosing companies to work for by researching their reputation and 'employer brand' before they even look for specific vacancies.

• Luxair remains the leader of the ranking, consolidating its advantage with a gap of more than 20,000 visits from its nearest rival. The success is attributed to high brand recognition and the diversity of professions within the company.
• CFL (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois) moved up from 8th to 2nd place. The country's first employer with more than 5,000 employees continues to attract the attention of candidates.
• Auchan took third position, only 300 visits away from second place. The company is actively working to strengthen communication with clients, employees and potential candidates.

In 4th place was the International Bank of Luxembourg and in 5th place was the University of Luxembourg. The top ten included Servior, POST Luxembourg, Deloitte Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Red Cross (Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise) and G4S Security Solutions.
