The OGBL / Landesverband union regretted the attacks directed against its activities, especially on the future of T.I.C.E. and the campaign against mobbing in municipalities. The union said that instead of constructive dialogue, some parties resorted to destructive rhetoric that distorted the reality of the situation.

OGBL stated that it has always stood up for T.I.C.E. and municipal workers. The organisation has actively worked to improve working conditions, preserve the status of workers and ensure a stable future for employees.

Moreover, the union initiated an anti-mobbing campaign aimed at creating a respectful working environment in municipalities and protecting employees' rights.

The OGBL has been repeatedly accused recently of supporting the privatisation of T.I.C.E.. The union has categorically denied these accusations, stating that the Ministry of Transport has no plans for privatisation.

OGBL remains opposed to any attempt to transfer public transport into private hands and will continue to stand up for workers' rights.

The union supports an increased role for the Ministry of Transport in the management of T.I.C.E., seeing this as an opportunity to improve funding, speed up decisions and optimise workforce planning.

At the same time, the OGBL stresses that it is engaged in social dialogue with the authorities, but this does not mean full agreement on all issues. Different positions remain in a number of aspects, and the union will continue to defend the interests of workers.

The OGBL has confirmed that T.I.C.E. and municipal employees remain at the centre of its attention. The union will push for fair working conditions, protection of employee status and stronger anti-mobbing policies.
