Space, mail and finance: who were the most attractive employers at Unicareers 2025

Moovijob.com has published the results of its own Employer Attractiveness Index based on the results of the annual Unicareers job fair held in Luxembourg. This unique rating assesses how much a company attracts the interest of job seekers right on the spot - at its stand.
The methodology is simple but hits the expectations of job seekers. The index is made up of three parameters:
- Visual appeal of the stand - does it make you want to approach?
- Clarity of communication - is it clear what the company does?
- Employee contactability - does the team evoke a desire to socialise?
A top 20 was compiled among dozens of participants, and here's who topped the list in 2025:
- Luxembourg Space Agency — 4.72
- POST Luxembourg - 4.66
- Banque centrale du Luxembourg - 4.65
- Ferrero Luxembourg HQ - 4.58
- Administration de la Navigation Aérienne - 4.50
- Luxembourg Army - 4.49
- PwC Luxembourg - 4.46
- European Space Agency (ESA) - 4.44
- Proximus Luxembourg - 4.43
- SNT INTERDISCIPLINARY CENTRE FOR SECURITY, RELIABILITY AND TRUST - 4.42
The list also includes major players such as BNP Paribas, KPMG, EY, Luxair, the Court of Justice of the EU, the European Parliament and even the government brand Let's Make It Happen.
The results show: job seekers increasingly pay attention not only to the positions, but also to the presentation, openness and quality of communication with company representatives.
