A new residential quarter in Mertert will be home for 500 people

The Mäertert Bergfeld project in the commune of Mertert will include 215 housing units, 37 of which will be for sale at affordable prices. The project will include both private and apartment buildings.

An important feature of the upcoming project is that the land will be assigned to the municipality or the government. This will keep prices down since the housing will not be for sale or rent on the private market.

The project is prepared in close partnership between the developer, the state, and the municipality. Such cooperation will make it possible to develop and maintain high-quality standards of housing development.
