If you sing, dance, joke or have stage magic, you have the chance to make your mark on 13 December. Aioa Academy is organising the "Graine de Talent Luxembourg" casting call, an open competition for talents of all ages, from 7 to 99, regardless of their level of training. The organisers emphasise that professional experience is not important, only talent.
The selection will take place at the Centre culturel d'Hollerich in Luxembourg. Participants will have to prepare a short performance: one and a half minutes for a song, up to five minutes for dance, magic tricks or another performance. "Our goal is to bring Luxembourg talent out of the shadows," says Carine Broggi, president of the Aioa Academy association. According to her, there are many gifted people in the country, but they lack stages and chances to be noticed.
Their competition is not just a local showcase, but a real springboard: the selected participants will be able to go on to the second round of the IFCArts at the Cannes Festival in April 2026. In July, the best will go to New York for the international final of the IMTA (International Modeling & Talent Association), a large-scale platform that has paved the way for many famous artists and models in the past.
