Guided tours of the Guttland region

August is the holiday season in Luxembourg and the peak of relaxation before the new school and working season. Therefore, until September 9th, several events will be presented to the public in Gutltand.

The program of this year's events covers several thematic areas:

• family adventures on Tuesdays;
• recreation after work on Wednesday;
• a children's program on Thursday (supervised animal walks);
• night forest on Friday;
• zen treatments on Saturday, namely bathing in the forest.

Bathing among the trees is called Shinrin Yoku, a practice invented in Japan to connect with nature, distract from the hustle and bustle of the world, reduce stress, and stimulate the immune system.

It costs 32 euros per person, and you can go there this Saturday, August 12, at 10 a.m. from Hunnebuer in Mersch.
