Luxembourg's most attractive employers revealed

Where do Luxembourgers want to work? The answer is simple: the transport and logistics sector comes first.
These results are based on data collected from a survey of 1,500 people as part of the Employer Branding Research 2024 in Luxembourg.
CFL ranked first, ahead of competitors such as Banque et Caisse d'Épargne de l'État Luxembourg and Post Luxembourg. This employer offers competitive salaries, job stability and a good work-life balance. In addition, according to the respondents, there is a good working atmosphere and the company's financial situation is stable.
The top five most attractive companies are as follows:
- CFL
- Bank of Luxembourg
- POST Luxembourg
- Luxair
- A.P.E.M.H.
The results of the new survey differ from the previous one. Luxembourg-based Luxair, which was in the top 1 in 2022, dropped to fourth place. It was followed by the A.P.E.M.H. Association. - a Luxembourg non-profit organization founded by parents of children with developmental disabilities. Then came Cargolux Airlines International, the Emile Mayrisch Medical Center, the Centre hospitalier neuro-psychiatrique, the Bank of Luxembourg and the financial conglomerate Foyer.
According to Randstad, the main reason why employees are now considering changing jobs is to achieve a better work-life balance. This trend is most pronounced among millennials (49%), compared to 35% of their older counterparts.
