Delhaize is recalling the cooked pears

Delhaize Luxembourg is warning customers about an incorrect expiry date on packs of cooked pears. The date on the packaging is 7 July 2025, but the actual expiry date is 7 January 2025.
The supermarket chain has already withdrawn all mislabelled products from shop shelves and has strengthened quality controls on both the product and its supplier. Delhaize emphasises that product safety and quality remain a priority through regular internal checks.
Consumers who have purchased this product are asked not to consume it. The product can be returned to the shop where it was purchased for a full refund. The other products in the range are safe for consumption.
