Three former radio masts at the site in Beidweiler are due to be blown up on Friday, 6 November 2026, at 3pm. All three masts belong to Broadcasting Center Europe (BCE).

The demolition is being carried out by the German company Liesegang, based in Hürth. Preparations for the work are already under way.

RTL will stream the demolition live from 3pm: the event has drawn interest from residents of Junglinster and from beyond Luxembourg's borders.
