Animal flow exercises are becoming more and more popular: when your body moves in a natural way, you can practice flexibility, strength, and muscles in a natural flow. Crawling, jumping, and even rolling increase your attention, control over the body, and reflexes. Suitable for children and adults. The price is 20 euros for a practice.
