The municipality of Luxembourg invites young people between 12 and 17 years old to City Party, the third musical evening organised by the city's youth department. The event will take place on Saturday 26 April at the Den Atelier concert hall at 54 Hollerich Street. The previous two parties, held in 2024, drew a full house - this year the organisers are hoping for an even bigger success.
The main feature of the party is that it is exclusively for minors, which means it is completely alcohol-free. The entrance ticket costs a symbolic 5 euros and is available at atelier.lu. The programme starts at 19:00, the doors will open at 18:00 and everything will end at midnight.
Some of the brightest names in the Luxembourg music scene will take to the stage. DJ Edy Horvay, known for his melodic house, and DJ Dee, a local club veteran with over 25 years of experience. Other guest artists include singer Irem, who is fluent from language to language, and rapper Chasey Negro, one of the leaders of Luxembourg's hip-hop scene, who reads in English and combines different musical influences.
The site will have information stands on safety, healthy lifestyles and other topics important to teenagers.
A free shuttle is organised for the convenience of visitors from the capital. For those living outside Luxembourg, a shuttle service is available for €40, which can be booked until 25 April via a special online form at cityparty.vdl.lu.
