Belgian-Luxembourg border real estate market has increased

Belgian real estate market activity has fell down in 2022 in almost all of the country, except for three provinces: Hainaut, East Flanders and the province of Luxembourg.

The growth of transactions for housing in the area of province Luxembourg turned out to be record-breaking: it increased by 4%. Interestingly, the same province has the smallest market share in the whole country.

House prices have rapidly increased as well, by 14.8%. In two years, the cumulative increase was 41.2%.
