Rock festival will be held on Luxembourg and German banks of the Moselle river

The youth of Luxembourg and Germany will jointly hold the twelfth and, according to the organizers, the final Rock de Schleek rock festival. This festival will be held in Machtum (Luxembourg) and Nittel (Germany). The two villages are conveniently located on opposite banks of the Moselle.

The rock festival will officially open on August 18, but most of the performances will take place the next day, on Friday August 19. Rock de Schleek will host both newcomers and bands well-known in the Benelux and neighboring countries: Toxkäpp!, Dapple Rosé, Tubadiesel and Boy from Home. Also, for the first time in Rock de Schleek history, a guest DJ will perform at the festival with their own set.

In addition to music, barbecue, homemade pasta and local brews await visitors. The organizers specifically note that vegetarian options are available on the menu. You can buy tickets in advance online for 10 euros. At the entrance to the festival site, the ticket price will increase to 15 euros.

This is not the only Luxembourg rock festival held this August. Every evening until the end of August, the Rotondes club hosts contemporary performers from the Grand Duchy and other European countries.
