The City Open Air Cinema Festival is coming back

The City Open Air Cinema Festival once again invites the locals and guests of Luxembourg to discover the classics of cinematography. The event will take place from Friday, July 21st to Friday, July 28th. This year, the public will be pleasantly surprised: the festival has moved to the heart of Luxembourg, to the Place Guillaume II.

The program includes films from Charlie Chaplin to Christopher Nolan. Each of the 8 days will be long remembered for its exquisite combination of warm summer nights and incomparable cinematic magic.

"Moonrise Kingdom" will open the season and Chaplin's "Modern Times" will close it. The theatre will open each day at 9:30 p.m., just after sunset, so that the setting rays will not disturb the viewing experience.
