Circuit Foil: new salaries and social security benefits through 2027

The OGBL and LCGB unions have signed a new collective agreement with Circuit Foil management that will run from 2025 to 2027. It applies to all 360 employees at the Wiltz plant.
From 2025, salaries will increase by €0.30 per hour annually, equivalent to approximately +€51.90 per month. Also in 2025, employees will receive a one-off gift cheque for €150.
The number and amount of lunch vouchers will increase: employees will now receive 6 cheques of €12 each month (€72 per month).
For administrative staff, a guaranteed minimum salary after 10 years of service will be introduced, as well as a basic level of pay upon employment. Seniority bonuses will also increase - up to 40 euros per year for those who have worked for more than 30 years.
For the first time, a procedure for protection against moral and sexual harassment is included in the collective agreement.
According to the unions, the agreement will provide stability to workers amid a possible change of ownership of the company.
