The Great Place To Work® Luxembourg ceremony, held at Kinepolis Kirchberg, unveiled the official list of the 16 best employers in the Grand Duchy for 2026. The survey analysed data from 60 companies and surveyed over 7,500 employees. The key finding this year was the significant outperformance of the winners compared to the market average: staff retention rates in the top companies reach 81%, compared to a national average of 51%, whilst the agility score stands at 80% against 46%.

Jennifer Barbaray, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® Luxembourg, highlighted the historic significance of the inclusion of organisations from the legal and healthcare sectors in the ranking. In her view, this proves that creating a high-quality working environment is possible in any industry, regardless of the specific nature and complexity of working conditions. At the same time, 87% of employees at the winning companies confirmed that they work in an ‘excellent place’, whilst among the general population of Luxembourg this figure stands at 56%.

List of the Best Employers for 2026

Large companies (100 or more employees)

  • ATOZ (Financial Services & Insurance) — has been included in the ranking for the 14th time;
  • CTG IT Solutions (IT) — appearing on the list for the fifth time;
  • Salonkee (IT) — 5th appearance on the list;
  • Revantage Europe (Financial Services & Insurance) — 4-е попадание в список;
  • Talan Luxembourg (IT) — third appearance on the list.
  • Zitha (Health Services) — a historic debut in the healthcare sector;

Medium-sized companies (50–99 employees)

  • AlphaOmega (Financial Services & Insurance) — 3-е попадание в список;
  • Securex Luxembourg (Human Resources & Business Services) — third appearance on the list;
  • Broad Street Luxembourg (Financial Services & Insurance) — первое участие в рейтинге;
  • Michelman (Manufacturing & Production) — 2-е попадание в список;
  • PIA Group Belux (Accounting) — first appearance in the ranking.

Small businesses (10–49 employees)

  • NS Partners Europe SA (Financial Services & Insurance) — 2-е попадание в список;
  • Aviva (Financial Services & Insurance) — 4-е попадание в список;
  • Brucher Thieltgen & Partners (Legal Services) — third appearance on the list;
  • iM Global Partner (Investments) — 2-е попадание в список;
  • Sopra HR Software (IT) — making its debut in the final of the rankings.

Nevertheless, serious structural challenges lie beneath the surface of this apparent success. Patrice Brun, a partner at the organisation, emphasises that the management of cross-border staff and restrictions on remote working remain critical factors for the local market. Nevertheless, companies investing in a people-centred culture gain a significant advantage: their employees demonstrate greater loyalty and a willingness to work in the office. Anthony Salvarani of CTG IT Solutions sums up this approach with the phrase: ‘Happy people produce quality’.
