120 new apartments begin construction in Hollerich

Caractères, a new luxury residential area project in Hollerich, was unveiled today by developer Codic. 120 new apartments will be located in 4 new buildings. The complex will occupy 3000 square meters. Previously, this territory was occupied by the Central Printing House.

According to the director of Codic, the goal of the project is to rehabilitate the industrial area, turning it into an elite residential area.

Not far from the future apartments are Luxembourg Central Station and the shopping area on rue de Strasbourg.

The format of housing in the new complex will be different: 43 studio apartments, 39 one-room flats, 31 two-room flats, 7 three-room flats and a townhouse. 10% of housing is adapted for people with disabilities.

The first apartments in the complex will be built and sold to residents by the end of 2024.
