Fewer people in Luxembourg are satisfied with their jobs

The annual Workplace Quality of Life Survey found that people's perception of their jobs was slightly better in 2022 than in previous pandemic years. With an average score of 54.9 out of 100. In 2020 and 2021 average survey score was 53.5 and 53.9, respectively.

However, the satisfaction rate, in general, has dropped from 56.9 since the first survey research. And the pattern continues.

The survey was conducted among both domestic and cross-border employees. Psychosomatic disorders and increased stress and work intensity, and work/life imbalance became the main criteria that influenced the result.
