Hacker attack on Creos, investigation pending

The attack occurred in the middle of the night on July 22nd. Next morning, this was officially confirmed by Encevo Group, Creos’ parent company.

The hackers brought down both Creos’ and Enovos’ client services. Encevo Group’s crisis response unit has taken control of the situation and is now investigating the incident. Employees promise to get the services running again as soon as possible.

Fortunately, the attack did not affect the physical supply of gas and electricity. However, even if that did happen, the emergency service is in place to help customers.
