The Gogo VELO initiative, supported by ProVelo asbl, Klima-Bündnis Lëtzebuerg and the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works, returns in 2025 with an even more ambitious goal: to ride 384,400 kilometres - the equivalent of the distance from the Earth to the Moon. After a successful launch in 2024, when participants travelled so far that they could have circled the planet four times, the new Ride me to the Moon campaign encourages everyone to take up cycling as everyday transport.

The campaign will run from 22 April to 31 May 2025. During this period, all the kilometres you cycle will automatically count towards your overall mission score and, if applicable, towards your school's team score.

To participate, simply download the Radbonus II app, register with the code "gogovelo" and switch on the tracker on every journey. Schoolchildren and students can create a team from their high school or school - it's more fun to accumulate kilometres together. And the best part is that participants are automatically entered into a prize draw.
