Roadworks on the A13: closures and detours from 13 to 16 June

From Friday 13 June (from 21:00) to Monday 16 June (until 5:00), the A13 motorway towards Schengen will be resurfaced. The work covers the section between the croix de Bettembourg and the Altwies interchange.
There will be complete closure:
- Section of the A13 towards Schengen between croix de Bettembourg and échangeur Altwies
- Entrances from Hellange roundabout towards A13
- Exits from Hellange and Frisange in the Schengen direction
- Frisange exit towards Schengen
On the section between Bettambourg and Altvis, traffic will be organised with one lane in each direction. The maximum permitted speed will be 70 km/h.
Detours:
- From N13 to A13: via N13 → CR161 → N39 → échangeur Burange
- From the A13 from Bettambourg to Hellange and Frisange: via the A13 towards Schengen → Altwies → N16 → N13
- From N3 on A13 towards Schengen: via N3 → N13 → N16 → Altwies
The preparatory work will begin a few hours before the official closure, so traffic may be affected as early as Friday evening, especially during rush hours.
Drivers are advised to plan alternative routes in advance and take into account travel delays.
