Luxembourg events schedule for June 30 — July 2: picnic, exhibitions and music
National Day is over and many people are wondering what to do this weekend. We have the answer: listen to music in the park, experience the aesthetics of graffiti or go to a sculpture exhibition.
Music in Kinnekswiss
Music in Kinnekswiss Park means hundreds of people sitting quietly on the grass, listening to the sounds coming from the stage. Of course, this format is free, which is why crowds gather here every year.
But the magic is that every time everything is done in a decent and orderly manner. You should come! The concerts run from Friday, June 30, to Sunday, July 2.
Address: Kinnekswiss, BOULEVARD DU PRINCE HENRI, L-1724 LUXEMBOURG
'Graffiti Can't Fail' Championship
Do you love street art and graffiti? Then you can't miss the main graffiti competition at Rotondes on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
There are 24 finalists who will now have to prove their skills to a professional jury.
Address: 3 Place des Rotondes, 2448 Bonneweg-Nord Luxemburg, LUXEMBOURG
Michael Levchenko's sculpture exhibition
As part of the 'Art Beyond Borders' project, you can get to know the outstanding abstract works of the Ukrainian master. Levchenko works in granite, marble, sandstone and natural stone.
His works can be seen in many countries of the world and now also in Luxembourg. The exhibition is sponsored by LUkraine from June 28 to July 15. The entrance is free.
Address: Galerie Simoncini, 6 rue Notre-Dame, L-2240 LUXEMBOURG
