Luxembourg is preparing for a heat wave

Hot weather is expected in Luxembourg all week. Meteolux predicts that temperatures will peak between 13:00 and 18:59 on Tuesday. Expect 31°C to 33°C with dry and sunny weather. A yellow heat warning is in effect across the country.
The hot weather will continue in the following days. On Wednesday, the thermometer will remain at 31-33°C, but clouds will appear. On Thursday, a short-term drop to 26-28°C is expected, after which temperatures will rise again to 29-31°C on Friday and Saturday.
Authorities are reminding residents and visitors to take heat precautions by drinking more water, avoiding sun exposure during peak hours and paying attention to the elderly and children.
