Temporary closure on route N13

As part of the construction works for the Dippach-gare bypass, Luxembourg authorities have announced the temporary closure of a key section of the national motorway N13. The restrictions will be in place from Monday 8 December 2025 (8:00 am) to Friday 12 December (until 5:00 pm), affecting the section between Dippach and Bettange-sur-Mess.

In order to minimise the impact on daily traffic and reduce congestion during the busiest hours, the closure will only apply during the daytime hours of 9:00 to 16:00. Morning and evening traffic will remain relatively free, which is especially important for residents who use this route daily to commute to work or school.

A clearly marked diversions will be organised for drivers to avoid the blocked section. A Traffic diversion diagram is attached to the official announcement, and it is recommended to familiarise yourself with the route carefully in advance to avoid delays.
